Experience

Andrew joined Tonka Bay in 2010 after working as an Analyst in Piper Jaffray's Investment Banking and Merchant Banking Groups in Minneapolis. At Piper Jaffray, he was involved in all facets of investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and strategic advisory work. In the Merchant Banking Group, Andrew focused on making direct investments in later stage growth companies across a number of industries.

Education

Andrew graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics with an emphasis in Finance.

Interests

Outside of work, Andrew spends his time with family and friends. He is an avid runner, participating in the local racing circuit. Andrew also closely follows his favorite soccer team, Arsenal. Andrew's other joys in life include being outdoors, traveling and being an active member of his church.
